If he refuses to cooperate, I'll go over his head and speak to his superiors.
Can I say "If you don't behave, I will go over your head and talk to your parents"?
Is that how most people would say it?

Yes, you can say that. It just means to go to the person's superiors to complain or seek a resolution. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
