theres a good english school in the Philippines specifically in Cebu. the name of the school is Cleverlearn. they have a nice place and good teachers. see www.cleverlearn.com for more info.

I find the best way to improve a language (English for most of you) and make friends at the same time is LANGUAGE EXCHANGE.
If you do not know what language exchange is, let me explain.
Example:
If your first language is Chinese and you are learning English.
Then you find someone who's first language is English and they are learning Chinese.
Now you can help each other learn, or exchange languages.
