So you hadn't known about "law actor" before you read the passage?(This is exactly what I want to know.) or don't know about Dan Flannery?(He is a famous man or not???)

Was this meant to be in the other thread? 
The quotes around "law actor" are a clue that it's not a common phrase, and the article basically assumes that the reader has never heard of "law actors" before by explaining what they are. So no, I think most people won't know about them (I didn't before I read your article). And Dan Flannery doesn't seem to be famous, he's listed on IMDB.com as having some minor TV and film roles but most people won't know who he is. Famous and successful actors probably wouldn't take these "law actor" jobs - I bet they don't pay much money. |
