Dear Teachers,
1. You should praise her when she does good things. I think you see where I�m going here.
- �I think you see where I�m going here� means ��you know what I�m talking about�, right?
2. Is there any difference between �medicine� and �drug�? or are they the same meaning?

1. Yes. It means, "You can understand where this discussion is going, can't you?"
2. A medicine is a drug or some natural concoction that a doctor prescribes to cure some ailment or ease some kind of pain.
