I want to go to pool or sea, so I'll wear swim-suits.

I AM ON DIET,TOO65281;I want to lose my weight.But diet is very difficult for me because my daily life is unsteady. I have experienced a lot of diet. Now, I practice on diet is to drink water or tea( oling tea,green tea are OK, but tea is too. That time, don1�t insert suger and milk.) more than 1.5L every day. Espencially, before the 3 times a day�s meal. I losed my weight 2 kilograms for 3 weeks. what kind of diet have you try on? |

Unbelievable.
I always drink water, but I can't drink more than 1.5L every day...
BUT!! I want to lose my weight, so I'll try it.
What kind of exercise do you do?? |

Hi I am on a dietting now I recommend that low-calorie diet combined with exercise Every day must engaged in exercise to keep in shape.,and you must eat low-calories. For example ,eat the vegetables, fruit, edible seaweed ,mushroom ,and so on.  |

Going on a diet is painful for me...I love food so much.
I don't drink too much water because someone told me too much water is bad for my health. |

I am new and I need to improve my english; sometimes I will mak mistakes when I writte...
I was on diet years ago... very painful diet, but it worked.. I lost almost 10 kg; I never ate in that period of time (6 month) bread, sugar; I ate only meat, eggs, low fat cheese, 1 apple/day, 1 coffee/day, tea, water.
I read about The Zone Diete. I heard it works. |

Heloo every body
a healthy life styleis good for your life. But first, you should eat more vegtable with main course and drink much of water. Second, you should do an excercise every day.
most of people don't like an excercise. So, before you make the excercise open the TV and see the modle girl then told to yourself " I should be like them' . I think that give you a power.
