Why there are two verbs in a sentence? The sentence is as follows.

The first verb is there to say, "The teacher, who is reduced to trying to explain the inexplicable, . . . ." The bare sentence is just, "The teacher may take refuge in quoting proverbs." _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
