If someone never shows his anger on his face however angry he is, is it OK to say "He never makes an angry face."?
Or does it express a little different situation?
Thank you in advance!

I suppose "he never makes an angry face" is fine, but it isn`t something I would use. "He never shows his anger" would be a lot better.

Or 'he never looks angry'.

I would say, "He never makes an angry face," and in fact I think I have said something like that more than once.
To make a face, with or without explaining what kind of face, is a normal expression.
"When her mother asked her to clean her room, the girl made a face and whimpered, 'Mo-o-m! I cleaned it last week!'"
"Donald Trump just made a lemon face and said, 'You're fired!'"
I would say that if you described your friend by saying, "He never makes an angry face," you would be using the language quite correctly. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

Thanks a lot for your comment, CP-san!
I'd like to memorize the example sentences you've showed to me and use them if I have a chance to do so.
