Hi all,

This is the first time I try to take the TOEFL test.

I find:
TOEFL� Internet-Based Test basic fee (includes 1 examinee score record and 4 score reports sent to institutions designated when you register)

I won't decide what institutions to which score reports will be sent at the time of registration, but later. How to solve this situation? Or do I misunderstand something?

I guess I must misunderstand it. I think test-takers would want to send score reports to their prospected univs only when the score is good enough, they wouldn't want their score to be sent automatically. But I just don't understand what the basic test fee actually includes by the above text.

I guess I had a very stupid question. Anyway, it's the first time to ask and to know.

What is "institutions" was mentioned? Is it a test center or a univ? By the way, the score report will be always sent to my univ directly by ETS, not by me, right?
