Is the following sentence understandable?

"The weather forecast seems to have had a right prediction."

forecast and prediction are repetitive.

"The weather forecast seems to be right."

If you just had to use forecast and prediction in the same sentence, you could say, "The weather forecast seems to have had a correct prediction about the clouds, but not about the rain."
