#2 and #3 are correct; it is the correct word order.

What do you think makes 'The Democrats are upset that they cannot get support very much now in the South.' incorrect?
In addition, 'I have much money.' is right? and 'I have money very much.' is incorrect? If so, I wonder why? Please let me know.

In both your sentences, much is an adjective modifying the nouns support and money. Much is an attributive adjective only (i.e. it is not used as a postmodifier).
On the other hand, in the case of much as an adverb modifying a verb-- Did you sleep much last night?; They do not (much) support the Democrats (much)-- the placement is usually after (and sometimes before) the verb and object.
