Hello, teachers.
Is it OK to change sentence A into sentence B?

A "There are an increasing number of illegally copied products on the Internet."

B "There are increasingly many/a number of/a lot of illegally copied products on the Internet."

Thank you in advance!

I'm sorry but "increasingly" means "more and more every day".

Increasingly, illegally copied products are appearing on the Internet.

Illegally copied products are increasingly appearing on the Internet.

Illegally copied products are becomng increasingly easy to find on the Internet.

myprofe is right. His excellent examples show how increasingly, an adverb, is used in a sentence:

1. 'Increasingly, illegally copied products are appearing on the Internet.'
Here increasingly is a sentence modifier.

2. 'Illegally copied products are increasingly appearing on the Internet.'
Here increasingly modifies the verb are appearing.

3. 'Illegally copied products are becomng increasingly easy to find on the Internet.'
Here increasingly modifies the adjective phrase easy to find on the Internet.
