Someone asked me why did I leave that job. Then I said this job *was* once a yeari,it ended.

Should I use it in past time if that job postion is twice a year?

Thanks

I'm not quite sure what you mean - did you work for one period that year or for two periods? Or do you mean the job was temporary that year, but you'll be starting the same job again next year?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean either.

Did you mean you had a one-year contract? That means you are hired to work only for one complete year.

Did you mean you had a seasonal position? That means the job is only for a select few months during the year when the shop traditionally needs more workers (such as retail shops that need more employees during Christmas, beach resorts that need more workers during the summer, or mountain resorts that need more workers during the ski season).

The exhitibion happens once a year. If you want to work at the exhibtion, you have to apply and interview for a position. The exhibtion lasts only 6 hours.
How can I asnwer to "Why did you quit your job" when the job is temporary?

Thanks

Why not say the job was temporary and it ended?
