You can eat whatever you want, as long as you are watching how much you are eating. Only take care to avoid fats and sweets (you can still eat them once a week though).
You can have rice for lunch, not for dinner.
It is good to have an early dinner.

Calcium D-Glucarate

Calcium D-Glucarate includes the patented compound glucarate which has been shown to enhance the major detoxification pathways in the body. Calcium D-Glucarate, the calcium salt of D-glucaric acid, is found naturally in the human body and in a variety of fruits and vegetables. Animal studies have shown that Calcium D-Glucarate inhibits B-glucuronidase, thereby enhancing the process of glucuronidation, in which foreign organic compounds, fat-soluble toxins and excess steroid hormones such as estrogen are detoxified and excreted from our bodies.

i
t is no use and not good for you to do that! to be on a diet, you must eat good at breakfast, eat enough at lunch, eat less at supper! but what is the most important thing is that you could not be totally full, it is better to have 80%! and it is better to drink more water!
to sleep less, use your head more are also good ideas! Wink Wink of course, you should not always sit on your chairs ,you must walk around for a while every several hours. and when you are sitting dowm on the chair, you must straighten up your waist! Very Happy Very Happy
there also have other ways to kit fit, and i will tell you if i have time! Very Happy
because i have to go home now! Laughing
