Hi, I am 19 year old girl. I am Japanese. Smile In fact, I have many pimples on my cheek. I really want to remove them. Crying or Very sad Do you know how to do it? Do you know any good lotion to treat pimpled skin? Do you know any good foundation to cover?? Not only pimples, I also want to know various skin care that is popular all over the world.

The best method is that sleep well ,eat vegetable,exercise walking !!

I had many pimples on my face. Sad
I tried remove it myself.
But, I couldn't remove it. Crying or Very sad
So, I decided to go to hospital.
And the doctor prescribed some application.
I applied it , and I could remove most of the pimples on my face .Very Happy
Why don't you go to hospital?

I had many primples when I was junior high school student.
But It was disappear naturally. Wink
I had used "vernal soap"which my mother bought. We used it together.
Meybe it's is good. My friend also said so.
But My mother told me it's expensive.I don't know how much it is.
By the way, do you like soymilk??
I heard it is good for skin.
There are many kinds of soymilk.
normal, cocoa, black sesame, powdered green tea, cofee......etc
If you like it, Please try it!!!!!
Almond and chocolate are bad for the skin.
So, you'd better to not eat them too much.

Hi!! I had many pimples on my face Crying or Very sad .
But , now there are nothing!!
Because I went to s hospital Surprised . A doctor gave me an ointment and
medicine Laughing . Medicine is very good Very Happy .
After finish medicine , I used "Ored Muge". It's very good too!!

Purif: Im from Costa Rica and here we do some simple thing that help with your problem for example: dont eat butter, cheese or thing like this. Also we do a lot sport because that is very good, and finally you can put your face in hot water or something like that... tell me what things you all ready did!!??
