I like volleyball too, but i haven't talents for play volleyball, unfortunately.So i like to watch volleyball matches.
What kind of problems have your city?
I'm from Cheboxary, it is city in Central Russia.And it is the capital of Chuvash Republic

my city is smaller than your.and there's not so much crime.but we have some districts of city, where is very dangerous too.
