I had the same problem and I looked many books to find ways of losing weight. Finially I got a conclusion from these books. The best way is eat less, and healthier, exersise more. |

I have already losed 10 kilos. The tips for losing weight are very classic, yet it is very painful. Do some exercise everyday at least 30 minutes, and eat more fruits and vegetable. Don't eat any juck food. |

I think jogging is a good way to lose weight. I have tried it and have got an ideal result. But the point is you have to insist on it. If you jog for a few days, and then stop, there will be no effect. |

To decrease weight, I think that I am the method jogging being best .
I have jogged in reality, but it is, weight decreased 2 kilogram.
And I seem to feel my body tightens .
Therefore, how about tring to jogging ? |

I haven't done a diet in spite of my flatting.
I think swimming is exercise to lose weight
because swiming is exerscise of all body. |

I think we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. It is necessary for us to keep good eating habits. If you can keep on it,you can succeed in losing weight. |

I heard from my friend,but,my friend succeeded in losing her weight
Moreover, she lost weight 8 kg
That's why she succeeded it, she take awalk for one and half an hour
for three times in a week
So, I desided to try to walk more!! I want to slim figure |

my boyfriend is super skinny, and he does not enjoy eating..
which I cannot totally understand.. cuz eathing is the joy of my life.. lol
anyway, eat less, move a lot.
spend at least 2hrs in gym 3 days/week |

i usually exercise a lot, swim regularly and i stay away from fast foods!

It's low calorie and tasty.

I want to be slim,too.
I gained some weight after graduation High school.
I'm going to start to diet.
I've tried to run, go to sports jim etc...
The best way to lose your weight is to find any favorite sports.
I like to play tennis.
I can excise during enjoy tennis.

I am very worried about my weight, I have been gaining some weight and now I feel a little badly, but I am so stress with my work, university and personal life so I can not stop eating.

Very good advice. Keep in mind everyone's genetic makeup is different, so there's no single plan that will work for for all people. But for a lot of people, the key is to exercise your body's biggest muscles--your thighs or upper legs. The exercises may involve running, walking, and/or cycling (stationary bike) four to five times a week for 45 minutes per session. In addition to exercising, one should avoid eating foods that contain a lot of sugar and fat (read the labels). Eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday. If you eat bread, eat wheat bread, not white bread. Drink water, not soda. |
