It has no use that I can think of.
Some business letters may close with 'I await your positive response' or something of that ilk, but your sentence is a bit far off the mark.

Your closing remark might say:
I'm waiting for your kind response.
For the expression "what a challenge":
After an arduous, strenuous or challenging activity or task, we might say:
"What a challenge!" or "What a challenge that was!" or "That was quite a challenge!" or "That was quite challenging!"
We might say this, for example, after finishing a difficult test, or climbing a rock cliff, or beating a difficult chess opponent.
