The answer is (D) --> They like to live here.
This is a test question, and there is no other information about the question.
Q:Can we choose (B) to emphasize that they like to live inside a place.
--->They like to live in here.

| I think with the right context, you could use that. However, for the test, the answer they suggest is the one I would choose. It is far more common. |
