Hi everyone. I often get troubles when I study, I get blank memory and panick right before exams. I am taking herbal brain booster capsules which my parents force me to take. I want to know if there are specific diets or things that I need to consume more to help improve my brainpower, at the same time with those capsules. Confused
I lack concentration so much that I cant study for long time, I am easily distracted and get anxious at exams time. Embarassed

Fish is meant to be good for the brain! Make sure you're eating healthily though - fresh fruit, vegetables, lots of water... avoid things with a lot of sugar, especially drinks like cola. Your body and brain will just work better if you put the right things into it Smile

Oh, ignore emp906090 guys - it's one of those spam bots that's just trying to make you buy random stuff.

Moderator note: emp's spam has been deleted.

I think Japanese food is good for health.
It is low calorie and delicious!!!
Especially, I like NIKUJYAGA very much.
It's a food boiled and seasoned.
And one of the most healthy food is Natto.
Natto helps our blood to run smoothly.
Therefore it can prevent various disease.
But it has a own taste.
If you don't know this food, Please try it!!! Cool
