I love Japanese food. Sushi, Sashimi, Tyazuke, Takoyaki ...
But I don't like Nattou. I hear nutrition is high and healthy.
So I challenge to eat Nattou.
Japanese food is healthy and effective for diet.

I love Japanese food Embarassed

I like it very much.
Last Sunday,I made "okonomiyaki" with my friends.
We got it into cheese.

Don�t be afraid of microbe. Because, we eat fish with Wasabi. Wasabi is spice and this is disinfectant to microbe. But this is spicy!!

Fatty tuna and fresh seafood such as how much appear on small rice.
In Japan, a hamburger steak sometimes appears, and salad appears.
Do what kind of appetite materials appear on rice in other countries?

Japanese food

Now a day Japanese food have interesting in Thailand because it have colorful, look appetizing , delicious and use fullness for health. Also, easy to buy. Japanese food is popular for group of healthy. In my opinion, two interested things of Japanese food are:
First, Japanese food is the healthy food, it is made from rice, vegetables and ingredients for cooking Japanese food have more protein such as prawn , fish and octopus , it is food for healthy.
Another one, Japanese food uses almost no spices. It is a delicious food and you are no cook. It has a natural taste and most are fresh such as fresh fish.
In conclusion, Japanese food is appetizer and they have many advantage. Japanese food is a good one choice of people that interested in healthy food. What do you think as me?

japanease food, is one of the most healthy foogd in the word.... it' s the best food in the word i love it.... sushi sashimi, sukiaki, temaki, and etc... :P
