I have a friend, she is 16 like me. A few months ago she started with a diet because she wanted to look like a model to be nice for boys. She was not fat at all, but she has become very thin. She eats only vegetables and fruits now, would like to eat also other things but she is afraid that she would put on weight. We all tell her that she should stop the diet before she gets ill but she doesn't want to talk about it. I'm very afraid about her. But it is true, now when she is so skinny, the boys like her more.

I want to ask all you men and boys there: Do you really like skinny girls more than the others??

I don't think a girl would be very attractive if she was fat, but I also think that it would be gross if she was too skinny. Like Mr. Admiral said, "well proportioned".

I have the same problem as your friend because I don't like me (my body) at all. Anyway, I think you can't achieve anything because SHE has to realize that her body is perfect or at least that she isn't dissatisfied anymore. It is just a matter of your head!! If she keeps being stuborn wanting to eat just the healthy stuff you can't change anything, neither if anybody tells her that she isn't too fat or whatever. ONLY SHE is the one who can change the situation because she has to realize that by making a diet you can get into a vicious circle...

I remember that when I was much fatter than now ,
everyone always praised me "Cute".
But after I becomes thiner than before ,
some friends start praise me"pretty".
I think that is the different about thin and fat.
So,now I think havihg a thin figure is important.

I agree with Mr. Admiral. Jennifer Lopez is considered one of the most sexiest women yet she is not skinny. When I see skinny girls the first thing that comes to my mind is " don't they get to eat at home?" In your friends case, she is getting paranoid about her figure. It important to be healthy but not thin or skinny. Many hollywood beauties and models have skinny bodies which has led to this paranoia. Does she think that guys will get attracted towards her just because of her figure? I do agree that most guys like beautiful girls but that liking comes to an end soon if the girls is not beautiful from the inside. A good personality and character will get her many more guys than a good figure can possibly do. Looks create the first impression but it can't take one any further. I pity at guys who care only for looks and your friend would be better off such guys because their interest in her will not last long. Tell her that love is not the same as lust. I have a girl friend who is skinny and all the time I ask her to put on some weight. That's because I care for her health. Somtimes I even cook for her when she visits my place. However her being skinny has nothing to do with her looks.

So convince you friend and educate her on the hazards of excess dieting.

Hi,I am a girl ,and I also have tried to lose weight.In fact I am not fat,my weight is 46kg.As I know ,eating very little is the best way to lose weight,but it is also very harmful to your health.Last year because this my health was very bad.I always have a fever,and my body usually felt not very well.So i recommand some girls who want to lose weight by eating little not to do this.I think being healthy is the best way to attract a guy,I don't a guy would like a girl who always looks pale.

I think that the best idea for loss the weight is to control your diet. To eat many vegetables instead of meat, bread and rice. You have to do exercise twice a week. If it is possible, you cannot eat a dinner. Good luck for everyone who wants to loss the weight.
