President Musharaf VS President Bush:
Here is a brief introduction of Two world leaders:
American President Bush: (1) failed in Iraq War. (2) Result cilvil war in Iraq (3) Failed in Afhanistan War.(4) Result Civil War in Afgahnistan. (5) Failed in DPRK issue (6) Result Nuclear tread by N-Korea (7) Failed in solving Iran's Nuclear program (8 Result tread for resuming Nuclear program.
(9) Failed in capturing Osama...but here I don't understand how Uncle Sam failed in capturing Osama.?.actually,if they can attack the whole country(Iran) then why not capture osama and the problem is solved.
Pakistani President Musharaf: (1) Fought against terrorists and caught more than 500 terrorists (2) Through peace talking he brought India to peace table.(3) World appreciation for fighting against terrorism.(4) Made lots of efferts in re-storing Afghanistan.(5) Infact he is Army leader but he always talk for peace and harmony but Bush always talk about War,dominization and power.
Conclusions: War,power and dominization is not the solution for any issue and problems in the world.
So you can decide, which leader is the best. _________________ Peace Seeker!

Hi Atteq,
I agree Musharraf has done a lot towards peace inspite of being a military man. But surely the crack down on terrorist was due to pressure from Uncle Sam after 9/11. Pre 9/11, the Taliban enjoyed Pakistani support. But I am not sure if all terrorist have been sentenced to death. Moreover I am not in favour of death sentence for all terrorist. Most of the them are ignorant and considwer themselves jehadis, but whatever they do is neither jehad not service to God(allah). They have been brain-washed by influential leaders like Osama, Mullah Omar etc. Many of them can return to the path of peace. Punishment is okay but death sentence is a bit too harsh. Of course Osama and Saddam deserve it.
Secondly, I do not wholly agree that it was Musharraf who 'brought India to the peace table'. Both countries want peace. And India once held a aggressive stance because its Parliament was attacked by terrorist who were Pakistanis. It was Pakistan who started the Kargil war not India. Its Pakistan(ISI) who sends terrorists to India and disrupt its harmony and peace. So its not actually Musharraf who has brought India to the peace table. It a mutual effort from both sides. Of course Musharraf has done a great job. No earlier leader could achieve it. He is a man of foresight and I like him for this reason. He understands that the Kashmir issue must get resolved as soon as possible for the mutual benefit of both countries.
The terrorist organisation settled in Pakistan must be dismantled for the good of Pakistan. And Mussharaf is doing a great job.
I vote for him _________________ The difference between insanity and genius is measured by success |

Hello(Namastay) technomaniac_tzp,
Hey dear,I didn't mean that only musharaf brought India to peace table.I mean his good leadership. And of-course peace process followed by both sides.Well,as for Kargil war,so it's visible that because of Kashmir we fought 3 wars but no results.
So I think the two sides should solve the kashmir issue for their own good.

Musharaf has my sympathy. He has a difficult job and is doing the best he can in a dangerous situation. I wish him luck.
While Bush, on the other hand, is slacking off and neglecting one of his primary duties: to secure the national defense, namely along the southern border. He cares more about being friends with el Presidente Fox of Mexico than he does about protecting his own people and land. Absolutely pathetic.

well, that's because musharaaf cares for his own country people and for the world.
Recently,Musharaaf government caputured another Top3 suspects of Al-quida link. What I'm saying is that,Bush has pay more attention to his own people of US,and don't disturb the world.
If he disturb and harm the world, then for sure the world will harm American people.Isn it?
