Japanese chocolate is light. And Thre are many taste. Laughing

For example,matcha and banana,cheese cake etc.
And my best japanese'chocolate is pokky!

In now , Many snack have found in a market. Chocolate is one of kind of snack which everybody likes.
Every likes chocolate But Do they know or not? That chocolate has both benefit and good effect Benefits of eating chocolate are rise good mood , rise a realization of brain and eating chocolate during pregnancy may make for happier , livelier babies. Bad effects of eating chocolate are rise blood pressure and blood � sugar levels because chocolate is very high in calories and eating too much could lead to unsatisfactory weight gain and won�t get enough of the various nutrients which needs to maintain 2 level of good health However , it is found in much smaller quantities in chocolate compared to other foods like vegetable andfruit
There are benefits and bad effect of eating chocolate above. Eating chocolate too much has many bad effects but if we just eat enough , it hasn�t bad effect too much and we will be happy to eat chocolate.
