1. Tell him that you don't want to be his girlfriend. And don't be friendly in this case, because otherwise he will misunderstand it in a romantical way. Tell him: "Go away, you are disturbing my time!"

2. If you like him a little, and don't want to hurt him, and if you have a lot of time and don't know what to do, tell a male friend to pretend as your boyfriend.

3. If you don't like him anyway, then order somebody to hit him. Preferential me.

Somehow I can not believe how a 23 years old man could say: "I want to be your brother."

You DON'T need your parents or teachers to help you out !!! This is your life and your decision Never be afraid to make bold choices or mistakes. I think you should talk to him openly and frankly, what he wants? why has he done such a thing? Better to talk to him than to sit around and say to yourself when you are 60 years old, "I should have tried talking to him". You never know what fate has in store for you !!!
