That's right. There are rules for streaking. It must be done in a public place where one does not normally expect to see nudity (a shopping mall, university campus, etc.) and the person should be running quickly so you don't get a good look, just a blur.
But a hot naked chick in a bedroom? That's like seeing a deer in the woods. That's the way things SHOULD be!
