winky,i think breakfast is the most important bacause i heard that people who don't eat breakfast will look older..that's why i suggest we must eat breakfast...no matter how slim u are but if ur face is older then.......naturally u won't be beautiful...my school even provide free breakfast for us as breakfast is the begining meal of day so skip breakfast is really not good for your health especially for students from china..i heard my fren said in china , u will have long-study hours..and in classroom,u use chalk to write in blackboard not marker right?so what happen if u breathe in the chalk powder that is bad for health for a constant period?and u still not eat breakfast? Wink Wink

i think that loseing weight is very difficult , the most difficult is that you should insist on keeping excises and being on a diet. so i think may be you can find a partner or partners who can support each other during the loseing weight. when any one of you want to give up, the rest one can encourage her. Smile

I can see the practical methods mentioned above, and I came to this forum try to learn something to lose my weight. However, when I finished reading the stuff, I changed my mind. Why not enjoy ourselves, as long as we are healthy.

Healthy weight formula:

Your height(cm) - 100=your healty weight kilos

If you want to appear slender, follow this formula:

your height(cm) - 105=your standard weight kilos.

if you want to attract more attention from opposite sex and more jealous from same sex, you can use your standard weitht minus five kilos.Do not over exercised, it is no use for the scale pin to fall down, but make you look handsome. Rember do not starve your self, you live for your happiness and comfort in the future, not for the standard of nowadays' critrerion of as thin as possible female beauty.
