K-1 is a mix of martial arts like karate, kungfu, taekwondo, kickboxing etc. (the "K") It's aim is to filter out the best stand-up fighter in the world. (the "1")

Sombat Banchamek (the one on the last photo, a thaiboxer) is the best one in k-1. (He is also called Pramuk)

I am not a k-1 trainer but I am very good at kungfu and a begginer in WOOSHOO (i am afraid its spelling is not correct)
In addition this sport K-1 : has no cooches to train I haven heard of it here
