明月几时有,
把酒问青天。
不知天上宫阙,

高处不胜寒,

转朱阁,
低绮户,

此事古难全。

Taiwanese culture is one part of Chinese culture,because Taiwan is part of China, it is a fact .

Taiwan is an Independent country, Taiwanese is people from Taiwan, Chinese is people from China, they are totally different.
