I did everything I could for improving my English : I read , I chatted on ICQ, Pal-Talk, mIRC, but I wasnt so lucky to find a friend and to be a native English speaker. At school I have great teachers and I know my writing is better then was a year ago, but Im still feeling uncomfortable when Im speaking in English. Oh, I forgot to tell you that Im full time student and Im taking evening ESL English classes. What other possibilities are on the Net for improving English?

    Hello!
I just came from Norway, I was travelling there with my parents. It was great, the only problem we had was that my parents couldn't speak english. I had to.
It was really funny. When we wanted to change money we just went to the bank and I took care of speaking... My parents just stood there beside me while I (just had my 14th birthday, by the way) tried to speak english to the amused Norwegians. Fortunately the Norwegian people are very nice and friendly (and they like the Finnish people). Very Happy

    Norway is an amazing country!!
