| a gift card is like a credit card that you can purchase at most larger stores and restaurants. you pay any amount for the card that you'd like...$10, $20, $50, $100...whatever. The card is put into a fancy envelope or a greeting card of your choice and given to a friend, family member, etc for a birthday, wedding, baby shower... The friend can take that card to the store where it was purchased and spend the amount that you paid for it as a gift. Instead of buying a present for them, they can purchase the item that they like at the store (or instead of giving them cash). iitimone7 |
