the duty of a brother-in-law - I don't know, but it seems to mean having sex with his brother's wife. That's just a guess, though.
catting around - being sexually loose; being with several guys; or possibly just being very flirty
lift her skirts over her face - have sex with her (gain access by lifting her skirt) |
