Edie undermining all of Wisteria Lane? "ER" without the nail-spitting Drs. Romano and Weaver? "Mary Tyler Moore" without the grasping insincerity of Sue Ann Nivens? Here are our favorite TV bad guys. And we mean that in the* best way.*

another way to say that is the nicest way. In other words, if you really knew these characters, each of them has qualities about them that are very mean and uncaring to the people around them. It was a sarcastic way to say that we love to hate them!
