i'm not a dancer, but i know what it is...one partner will swing the other partner low to the ground and backwards, holding him/her in that position for a few seconds...
if you're talking about cookies and milk, or eggrolls and sweet.sour sauce, you hold the cookie in the milk or the eggrool in the sweet.sour sauce for a second or two for extra yummy flavor!
