Exercise is an activity which involves developing and maintaining physical health and mental health. It includes walking, running and jumping. There are grouped into three types, Flexibility Exercises, Aerobic Exercises and Anaerobic Exercises. In my opinion, exercise does have the benefit of health for three reasons.
First, it can make you happy to get a stronger body. When you do the exercise, you will enjoy. For example, mostly people enjoy running, jumping and playing football with their friends. It is also fun to being such a good thing, like getting points for a game.
Second, exercise is good for heart. You can help your heart to get stronger by doing aerobic exercise. Aerobic activity makes your heart pounds. For example, after you exercise by dancing, your heart will easy to deliver the oxygen.
Finally, it can help you to grow up. Moreover it helps building the strength. For example, the teenagers do the push-up or swing across the monkey bars at the playground. It can make a bigger muscle.
In conclusion, exercise may make you feel happier because your brain releases a chemical which is called Endorphins. It keeps balance of your body. Therefore the exercise is important for your health. You can exercise everyday such as walking. What kind of the exercise do you like?
