For my opinion, on diet and take any medi is not a good way to loose weight.
If you want a healthy life and yet slim body, do have proper meal punctually, do exercise to used up the Calories (this is important).
And if you can cook food without using oil,it is a kind of healthy lifestyle too.  |

I'm interested in health.
I don't eat carbohydrates every night because I don't need the energy to do anything.
Carbohydrates become energy to do something.
So, I don't eat carbohydrates every night not to gain weight. |
