What does *mc* here mean?

Some scottish people have last names that start with Mc or Mac. ( Examples. MacDonald, Macdouglas, Macveagh. )

People sometimes joke around by calling other people names and sticking Mc between it to try to make it sound funnier.

Dumpy Mc Dumpster or
Sneezy Mc Sneezy
