oh I also live in Osaka! but I am from america.

I'm particularly fond of Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The extra layer of yakisoba makes it extra delicious! Very Happy

When I was in Japan, my friend owned an okonomiyaki restaurant. One day I worked there. I burned my first one and the next one was not so good. Maybe I can't make it so well, but I can eat them well Smile I love okonomiyaki. I like Osaka style best, but Hiroshima style is good too! I also love takoyaki!

I'll tell you how to make delicious OKONOMIYAKI!! Wink
I think you put only one egg in mixture when you make OKONOMIYAKI.
But I put two eggs in mixture when I make OKONOMIYAKI.
It's soooo delicious!!!! Embarassed
It has an elastic texture!!

I know FUGETU because when I lived in Osaka ,sometimes I went there.
MODAN is good Very Happy

And　my favorite OKONOMIYAKI is MOCHI and cheese YAKI. Very Happy Exclamation Exclamation and NEGIYAKI.
I love them.
