Hi Ralf,
Did you mean that you are offering to help to other people with their English or that you would like to have someone to help you with your English?
I study German (you're from Germany, right?) and I'd be very happy to help you with your English if you'll help me with my German.
I am not an American, but I've been living in the U.S for a couple of years and my English teacher always tells me that my English is as good as that of a native speaker.
