Ok i just read an article on same sex marriages in the US and it said that Massachusetts has passed a law allowing same sex marriages. I think this is a great step forward for everyone since now possibly more states will follow in their footsteps and eventually it will be legal everywhere. this article isnt the most recent article but i know it was in 2004 and that was only last year and i just read it online now so im kinda happy for them. i know canada has already passed it making it legal everywhere and hey maybe this is a sign that the US wants to be a little like Canada but i dunno those are just my two cents

please reply to this is u have anything else to add

hey, i am all for " too each their own" as long as the tastes of one person is not going to persuade others into making the wrong decision concerning their choice of sexual preference. Personally myself i wouldnt see myself in this kind of marriage. I believe that the states are making a good decision on letting the same sex marriage occur.

ARE YOU KIDDING.
Why in the world would anyone want to marry someone of their own sex.
Hey I don't push getting married to heterosexuals why push same sex.
NO I'm just joking why would ANYONE want to give up freedom and get married. It ain't as fun as it looks. LOL>
but in the ways of the world GO FOR IT if it makes you happy. Just don't encourage young children (young adults) to make up their mind in either
direction before they are old enough to choose their own lifestyles. Thats whatmakes the world go round...

yeah Laughing
I doubt that someone can be really happy with a partner of the own gender but then i'm absolutely of the opinion that it's not my life so why shouldn't gays or lesbians get married?
I mean they are hurting no one. Another issue is it when we were speaking about letting homosexual couples have children.

no one is pushing them to get marrieg, no matter if homo or hetero. it's just a matter of law. because there are already couples who are living together and why should they not go a step further and get married? i don't see a problem..

greets

Actually, Canada has not passed a bill making same sex marriage legal. Some provinces have, but not all of Canada. Just like a few states have made it legal, but not all the U.S. The bill (in Canada) is going to be voted on in a year or two.

Well, if it's legal and they're happy with it I guess it's okay. After all, true love bounds..
