Please help me. I don't understand "noticed to her sense that" means.

" Annabelle noticed to her sense that seventies styles were fashionable again."

i have no idea. i've never seen a sentence like that - it doesn't make any sense to me.

anyone have more ideas?

I agree that it's unusual, but a couple of commas would give it a possible meaning, I think:

Annabelle noticed, to her sense, that seventies styles were fashionable again.

"To her sense" would mean "agreeing with her sensibilities" or "agreeing with her sense of taste/fashion." If this sounds plausable to you, then I don't know if the commas are necessary, but they are helpful.

ah...amusement would be better.
