I believe we all have hoped for world peace, right?
Do you think the WORLD PEACE is possible?
What do you think about?
Do you think your country is peacuful? Why?How?
What is world peace anyway?
Is it mean that there is no war?
Please share your opinion. I want to hear from you
I'm happy to hear your opinion.

Very Happy Very Happy

I don't know whether Bush is thinking this, too.
Because it seems that a war will happen after a period of time if you look at the history, I don't think that the WORLD PEACE is possible.
I think that the big politicians are digging the graves for the whole world.
Germany is peaceful, definitely.
I'm not sure about China, because it has some holes in the history which it has to fill. After this hole is filled, China should concentrate fully on it's economy.
The world peace is the time when the wars are abolished.

Einstein wrote:
Our first task must be the attempt to make our believe clear to the other nations, that wars must be abolished at all costs and that all other questions are from the secondary significance...

And now I guess to see why people are against the war between China and Taiwan so much.
Very Happy But instead of supporting the peaceful solution, it offers Taiwan their help, to let the war endure longer, and to let more people die and to let the environment suffer.

Theoretically, world peace is possible. Practically, it seems that politicians, driven by ego, are all too ready to risk war to save face.

yeah, that would be a problem.
as i said somewhere else before i don't believe that we meaning the nations could really live in absolute peace together because we humans can't live in absolute peace together, too, do we?
i mean everyone has a bad day sometimes or is in a bad mood so if this person is critizised or has just bad luck then it can easily happen that he gets very angry and spoils for a fight just to vent his anger.
that's just an example but i think we all know situations like this..

okay, politicians should know that they can't behave like this, but it could happen, too. and then we don't have just a little fight between two angry people but a war between two offended nations..

it really shouldn't be this easy to start a war..

greets

ps: sorry if i zoned out a little, i kind of thought aloud - or in writing Laughing
