which of these two sentences is correct?

what is the plural form of prisoner-of-war and commrade-in-arm?

prisoners-of-wars or prisoners-of-war, and commrades-in-arm or

commrades-in-arms, why?

is newsreel a countable noun?

where can i find grammatical exercises with detailed explanations of the

answers?
