Hello,
I would like to know how this ("Tres Belle") would be used in English and in which possible context. In French it means "Very Beautiful", but I fail to see how it would be used in English. Oh, yeah! I'm asking because I read it, but to me it didn't make sense, unless the person was talking about a "very beautiful" woman, which didn't seem to make much sense either.
Of course, thank you very much for (to?) whoever will have enough time to spare to help me out. |

Comments:
In English, people sometimes use foreign words and phrases, such as the French tres belle, but when this is done, context usually makes the meaning clear. If you can supply the context for the use of tres belle that you read, I'm sure it can be explained. Without the context, however, all I (or anyone) can do is guess.
Sincerely,
