Bringing over family is not so easy.

From the USCIS web site on How Do I Bring a Sibling to Live in the United States?:
If you are a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old, you are eligible to petition to bring your brother or sister to live and work permanently in the United States. If you are a lawful permanent resident, you are not eligible to apply to bring your brother or sister to live and work permanently in the United States.

From How Do I Bring My Parents to Live in the United States?:
If you are a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old, you are eligible to petition to bring your parents to live and work permanently in the United States.
If you are a lawful permanent resident, you are not eligible to petition to bring your parents to live and work permanently in the United States.

So, before you can sponsor anyone, first you must become a citizen. If you have already become a citizen, then I can give a little more helpful information.

Bring them over to live or just visit? If you want them to stay and live with you, then see my answer above. Before you can sponsor an immigrant yourself, first you must become a citizen. Otherwise they just have to enter the Green Card lottery and hope for the best.
