Running is very important! 
In every kind of sport you have to run before the training.
But yes, it costs time, and I don't have time, neither...

I know jogging is important and basic.
I can't jog a long time... 
But I tell myself to pracice again and again...
Don't give up ! 
I enjoy the joy of exercise,not the stress from EXERCISE!! |
