1. to have skeleton in the closet= to have a lot of problems bury the body= don't know
2. if it's bright sunshine outside, then the sun metaphorically "pulls me out" and I will go swimming, for example.
3. Perhaps: Try not to think about getting fatter because of eating this bar of chocolade, it's without fat.
4. perhaps the person who has a lot of impulse to do something doesn't need to be forced to do it
5. perhaps to make a world tour?
6. to concentrate myself
7. the relationship with children is a hard practice
8. perhaps wide relationship, with three girlfriends at the same time
9. perhaps to prohibit someone of getting in
10. most men have no problems to do something what an older woman have asked them to do
11. Most parents speak with god and hit their children, so they think that a non existential being is more important than their own child. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I love inside you everyone else. Hi, I'm a Canadian (native), so I am pretty sure of these answers
1) A skeleton in the closet is a problem that was hidden or not resolved and I think bury the body means to stop worrying or forget about something (Do you have a sentence with that phrase for context).
2) If it is sunny, you will want to go outdoors (swimming, walking, etc...). The "That's solar power" is just a joke using the words.
3) Swallow your pride means to not always worry about pride, be humble sometimes. "It's not fat" is just a joke. If you are not always worrying about pride, it will not harm you. (do you understand, the explanation can be very long, I can do it if you want).
4) A person who isn't lazy and always does stuff will actually have less work (I think, do you have an example)
5) Never heard it before, but probably means look at the whole world. (example???)
6) There are many meanings. I need context (example).
7) Children have wisdom adults don't have. Children only want to live, they don't have stress or problems. Being with them can show us this.
I think this means over all relationships (like young-old, woman-man, man-man, woman-woman, rich-poor, etc.) Do you have an example?
9) Examples.
* the tree blocked out the sun (the shadow)
* I blocked out my sister's crying (I ignored her crying)
10) in command means the boss (like manager).
In a school, the principal is in command
In the USA, President Bush is in command
11) see admiral's post
I don't have alot of time, some of these could have longer explanations. If you need more, please ask.

| 10. To be senior in command means to have a higher position (job). My boss is senior in command to me. |

Oh, Red Rose--maybe you are thinking of "blackout"--caused when there is a power outage and there is no electricity, and therefore no lights. |

hi luciaC
7. This sentence can be separated in:
Being with the children (I would rather say:"Being with children") connect ("I w r s:"connects") us to the deeper wisdom of live.
The wisdom of life is ever-present.
The wisdom of life is only asked to be lived.
"Ever-present" means that something is always there in the world. (Like my love towards the girl is, see the corresponding topic in "opinions")
Here it perhaps means that this wisdom of life/the fact that you have to have social contacts with children is always there in this world.
The second is a passive sentence, and the subject here is unknown. It means that it is necessary to live the wisdom of the world. If something is unknown, that's mostly God.
edit: I have forgotten 10:
"in command" is here a part of the verb "taking"
So: Taking orders in command.
That means that the women, who are senior to the men, order the men to take "orders in command" (to do something) and most men didn't have problems. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I love inside you everyone else.
