"Yes, there was something biblical about this story."
What does this mean?

It could mean different things. Can you give us more context?
(Sometimes, and perhaps in your sentence, it is a reference to the generational aspect of a story. That is, several generations of families are written about in the story.) |

When a story is described as being biblical it means that it is written in the same style as the bible.
Biblical means relating to or based on the Bible |
