What is the real difference among Canadian English, American English and British English? and is a national language relevant to her personality?

Personally, I think, British English is very formal and precise just like British people, American English is very free and legible and funny just like American people, Canadian English is the combination of BE and AE.

A friend told me: if a British guy tells a girl: can i help you? , then the guy is showing his gentleman's quality to the girl; if a Canadian guy says the same words to a girl, then the Canadian guy really wants to help the girl; if An American guy tells a girl can i help you? , then the American guy actually means can i help you get pregnant? Britain has one of the highest rates of unwanted pregnancies in the world, so you may have it the wrong way round, Rose.
