What do the following sentences mean when concerning catching a disease? Are there any other useful and frequently used sentences or phrases to describe catching a disease? Thanks in advance.
a. Is it catching?
b. It's been going around.

1. Is the disease very contagious/Have a lot of people been getting sick from this disease lately?
2. A lot of people here have been getting this disease/sickness recently. |
