Hi, just one question.
Is the follwing sentecnce right, can I say it that way?

When Peter reporting ...

or that way..
when peter reports.. because actually I'd like to make use of a gerundium..
could you help please?

you need to add a verb.
since you use the -ing form here as a gerand you need to add "is" as the verb

thus: When Peter is reporting....

it also depends on the rest of the sentence....
